Refund policy

 

Clothing purchased from Kafitt Canada can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of delivery of shipment.

• The items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.
• The items should be returned using a trackable shipping method.

If the reason for the return is a result of a Kafitt Canada error, we'll assume the cost of return shipping and send it back to the customer.  If the customer chooses to return or exchange, customer pay the shipping cost charged by the selected carrier
